Our wedding colors are black, white, and bright yellow. We would like mini lemon tarts as favors at every ones seat at the wedding reception. Where in the Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, or Phoenix AZ area can we order 150 mini lemon tarts? i can seem to find at local bakeries is cookies and cakes. Thank you!
