I like #2 or #3. They’re really completely different styles, though, so it depends on what the rest of your wedding looks like.

However, on #2, I think it would be a little more attractive if the pearly shells weren’t quite so big.

  • I Love Coffee

    I really love number 3

Also, this might be something you like,,20042118_20041107_8,00.html

I like the first one the best but I would maybe accent the cake table with some elegant tropical flowers…
second is pretty much the same cake …
3rd one is more elegant but plain I like original cakes…
however the 4th one even though its original it looks tacky…

I think #3 is the best… tasteful and elegant without being overdone. I love the fresh orchids its a nice touch.

i LOVE the 4th one. its absolutely gorgeous!! its got a wonderful beach theme and has a very formal wedding cake look! I love it!

  • MissKnowItAll

    It looks like 1 & 2 are similar… either would be neat for a beach wedding. 3 is also pretty. I know it’s hard to choose. Will any go better with your colors? If it’s a tropical theme, I’d go with 3;

the two last ones are nice… have you checked out theknot.com.. they have some nice themed cakes… try –

orrrrr what about a plain cake… in your colours.. and then get a cake topper in the beach theme

I like 3 and 4. Cake 3 is more a simple way, but with a little tropical twist. The last one is amazing work. The other two are ok but they look like sand castles. It just depends if you want over the top for the wedding cake or leave it simple. I would say simple only because you can spends the money somewhere else, such as make the lighting ocean/green blue. Use tropical flowers and shells for the centerpieces.

But…If you want to make the cake the basis of the evening, then play off that. Example: If you use cake number 4… use that color of the blue fall for the lighting and use very green center pieces, with pretty light tropical flowers…Maybe play into the tan colors and greens..

So many things to do, but whatever you choice will be great!!

i really like “I LOVE COFFE” suggestion. that would be great also what is the size of your wedding (# of people). that would really help. i bake cakes and the size of your cakes really can help decide on decoration. also what are your colors.

    I would go for #3.

I think it would have to be number 3. I love the fresh orchids its a nice touch makes it look so elegant and tasteful at the same time. I think that the other ones look like something you would see at a birthday party or something like that anything but a wedding. Good luck with everything that comes your way.

I like the second and third ones the best. I am not really fan of the sand castle ones, but this is your wedding not mine! I found some other pictures that I though you might like.
Hope they are helpful and best of luck to you!

    Number 3 all the way.

  • diver deb

3 is nice and elegant , but I like # 4 it looks more tropical with the waterfall and palm trees.

  • KMONEY831

#3 because the other three look sloppy and are cheesey.

Maybe like this in your colors, not too much:

  • Little_Miss_Neighbours

I think 2 and 4 are the nicest and it will amuse the guests. They dont look tacky or cheesy at all, they would be memorable.

But another answerer posted this cake which i think is stunning and the best out of everyone posted.
